Any level of dance experience is welcome and encouraged to either improve students’ existing skills or learn the basics of dance. Things like: proper stretching, technique, coordination, retention of choreography, showmanship and presentation.
We will discover dances and across the floor exercises that can help students increase their strength and flexibility if they have prior dance experience, or learn how to dance if they have no experience with it. By incorporating various styles of dance such as: jazz, modern, contemporary, and drill team, students can get a glimpse of dance in a fun environment.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in taking a dance class, including getting to know the style of drill team at a basic level.
